Typically 12 to 18 months, ending with an end-point assessment. Apprentices spend at least 20% of working time on off-the-job learning.

How is the apprenticeship funded?

Levy-paying employers fund it directly from their apprenticeship levy. Non-levy employers pay only 5%, with government covering 95%.

Can existing employees enrol?

Yes. Existing employees in operations, IT, data, marketing or customer service are ideal candidates, alongside new hires recruited specifically into the role.
